The tasks of the Institute of Language Technologies and Applied Linguistics: conducting language technology research and development, building and maintaining language resources and language technology infrastructures; compilation of electronic text databases for corpus linguistics research; conducting research on language usage and naming questions, providing consultation services regarding language use, linguistic dissemination and science communication; sociopragmatics, theoretical and practical research of Hungarian and other minority languages.

UniDive 3rd general meeting in Budapest
The third general meeting of the action will take place on January 29-30 and will be preceded by a WG2 meeting on 28 January 2025 at the HUN-REN Hungarian Research Centre for Linguistics in Budapest. We invite UniDive WG members to submit abstract proposals related to the scientific program of the WGs.
